As many of you know, we recently launched a new line of curated seasonings. We wanted these products to be an extension of the BOND & TAYLOR experience--a way for our clients to add an element of fun and whimsy to their own creations in the kitchen. With New Year's Eve around the corner, we wanted to share some ideas around how to use our seasonings to add some major festivity to your food!
Spanish Rose Margarita Garnish
Add a special detail to your holiday cocktail with a Spanish Rose Salted glass! To play bartender, simply line your glass with lemon/lime juice and dip the glass in the salt. Add your cocktail of choice (we’re loving Pomegranate Honey Margaritas right now) and enjoy!
Midnight Oil Popcorn
Impress all of your friends by serving popcorn unlike any they’ve had before! The combination of seaweed, sesame and black lava salt marries together for a taste that your party guests will go crazy for--all you have to do is pop the corn, add melted ghee and a liberal amount of the Midnight Oil!
XIV Sprinkled Crostinis
Crostinis are always party pleasers. Our two go-to combos are cucumber-avocado and prosciutto, goat cheese and fig. All you have to do is toast bread (we’re partial to pumpernickel) and spread on avocado and ribbons of cucumbers or, add goat cheese, sliced fresh fig and a couple slices of smoked meat. Top both off with XIV and enjoy a major flavor explosion!
Wood Salt Chocolate Bark
This seasoning pairs nicely with most everything, so we suggest using it for our favorite flavor combination: salty and sweet! To DIY your own bark, simply melt your favorite type of chocolate over a double boiler. Once melted, pour the liquid chocolate onto a parchment lined baking sheet and add the Wood Salt. Let the bark sit in the fridge for 30 minutes and break into bite-sized pieces!
